Method A
Web based, a user can simply go to both in the office or at home from any HTML5 compliant web browser.

Method B
VMware Horizon Client, can be installed that supports advanced features like multi monitor support, among others. This is the preferred method for staff.

  • A user can install the Horizon Client on their own personal machine by going to this download link.
  • Please read the instructions linked below for configuration information.

NOTE: If an incident occurs that involves bodily injury, property damage or damage to a vehicle, the operator shall report the incident to the authorities immediately.

Incident report App for bites, stings, exposures

This is used to record an incident where an employee is bitten, stung, or exposed to ticks, spiders, bees, wasps, hornets, scorpions, jellyfish, mosquitos, poison ivy, or equivalent pests and was able to treat the affected area with first aid.

Office365 (including Outlook)

The Office365 applications can be accessed from any computer on the Internet by opening a browser and going to and entering your district network ID followed by “” and your password. (Your district network ID is only 8 characters; this is not to be confused with your email address that may have more than 8 characters.) Once you log on you will see all the apps you are used to using in the office on the left side of the Office365 home page. The apps include Outlook, OneNote, Teams, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. These apps will allow you work on any file you stored on OneDrive or on a Sharepoint site or any file that has been sent to you via email. Contact the IT Customer Service desk if you need assistance accessing your files.

Emergency notices

District employees will be notified through the Onsolve system regarding emergencies, office closings, etc. Onsolve will contact employees through email and telephone numbers as registered with Onsolve.

Virtual Private Networking (VPN)

Virtual Private Networking will give you access to the agency network file shares. VPN is set up on all district laptops.

VPN is available on district Apple iPads and iPhones and must be configured. After configuration has been completed by IT, you can enable it by selecting Settings then sliding the VPN button to the on position.

Employee hotline

Employees can call 855-606-4911 to get the last recorded message during storms or other emergency situations.

Voice mail

Voice mail can be accessed by dialing 386-643-1999. You will be prompted for your extension number and your password followed by the # key.

Mitel Softphone

VPN required when teleworking, see above.

eReg access

Staff can access eReg from outside the district’s network by following the instructions in the document below. If you do not have a cell phone number in your profile, an email will be sent to your district email address.
