💦Saving water, one well at a time!

To plug artesian wells, crews hike, use ATVs, and even boats. If you find an abandoned well while exploring, let the District know—plugging is free for landowners.

I have a lot of native plants/trees. Natives have a symbiotic relationship with soil microbes and form healthy soil. I literally have never watered my grass once and it looks good.

Where does that number come from? How many hours, with what methods, sprinkler heads? 991 gallons is a pretty specific number to throw out there when there are many variables. I don't water my yard at all anymore but when I did it took about 10 minutes with a hose and nozzle. I doubt I've used 991 gallons watering my grass in 30 yrs. And this is coming from the people who spray pesticides in the lakes we get our drinking water from.

Absolutely zero logic to this post. 😂

Since you actually spray poison into our drinking water you might want to sit this one out. Funny how for generations our local waterways survived without being poisoned and sprayed to death. Some of you belong in prison

What do you think building campgrounds around spring fed lakes like lake broward , with well water is going to do? All around Dunn’s creek park the water concern should be there. But it’s not. The town of pomoma park reclassified Ag residential land into commercial, so a development group called emerald coast who builds Luxury campgrounds, can build another one right next to a state park, and a water resources, and you did nothing to stop it. And now you preach to the public about their sprinklers. Truly a hypocrite among hypocrites
