District makes upgrades at Silver Springs Forest Conservation Area parking areas

PALATKA, Fla. June 24, 2022 — The St. Johns River Water Management District will temporarily close two parking areas at Silver Springs Forest Conservation beginning June 27 through July 4 to complete upgrades.
The entrance at both CR 326 and Baseline Road will be closed while the District pours new concrete aprons that will provide visitors a smoother and safer way to access the property.
The parking lot located off CR 315 will remain open to the public during this time.
