MAITLAND, Fla., May 5, 2016 -- Construction is underway on a project that will help improve water quality in Lake Jesup and Soldiers Creek, two water bodies in Seminole County. The St. Johns River Water Management District contributed $800,000 to Seminole County's Lake Jesup Nutrient Reduction Facility as part of a cost-share program.
