Gov. Ron DeSantis requires agencies under the supervision of a board appointed by and serving at the pleasure of the Governor to submit to the Governor’s Office of Fiscal Accountability and Regulatory Reform (OFARR) an annual rulemaking and regulatory plan “by September 1 of each year for review and shall contain all information required in section 120.74, Florida Statutes.” Section 120.74, Florida Statutes (2023), requires that all agencies file with the Florida Legislature by October 1 of each year a regulatory plan identifying and describing each rule the agency proposes to adopt or amend in the next 12 months. The district’s Regulatory Plan appears below.
