Lake Apopka North ShoreNOTICE OF INTENT TO LEASE
Pursuant to Section 373.093, Florida Statutes, the St. Johns River Water Management District (“District”) gives notice of its intention to lease approximately 71.15 acres of property, located in the Lake Apopka North Shore Conservation Area in Orange County, Florida, to Nuquatic, LLC, pursuant to a pay-for-performance contract for phosphorus removal from Lake Apopka, which is consistent with the purposes for which the land was acquired. The property is anticipated to be leased to Nuquatic, LLC, following the District’s regularly scheduled Governing Board meeting on December 12, 2023, at District Headquarters, 4049 Reid Street, Palatka, FL, 32177.
Lake Norris Conservation AreaNOTICE OF INTENT TO TRANSFER
Pursuant to Sections 373.056 and 373.089, F.S., the St. Johns River Water Management District (“District”) gives notice of its intention to transfer 3,677.86 acres of District real property commonly referred to as the Lake Norris Conservation Area, located in Lake County, Florida (Property Appraiser Parcel #s: 1511160, 1511178, 1400091, 1596238, 1412854, 1707749, 1710669. 1710693, 2721952, 1707773, 1707722, 1707765, 1707838, 1223385, 1223377, 1223440, 3884127, 1098271, 1223407, 1223415, 1223423, 1083842, 2721952, 1312493, 2721952, 1596246, 1744989, 1596262, 2758155, and 18.09 acres of 30-18-28-0002-0000-3100.) (the Property) to Lake County, Florida. The Property shall be conveyed by quitclaim deed with a reverter clause and be subject to a conservation easement granted in favor of the District.

Ralph E. Simmons State ForestNOTICE OF INTENT TO TRANSFER LESS-THAN-FEE INTEREST
Pursuant to Sections 373.056 and 373.089, F.S., the St. Johns River Water Management District (“District”) gives notice of its intent to convey a less-than-fee interest in 0.25 acres of District real property at Ralph E. Simmons State Forest to the adjacent landowner for a perpetual non-exclusive access easement (A portion of Nassau County Parcel # 05-4N-24-0000-0001-0020).

Pursuant to Sections 373.056 and 373.089, F.S., the St. Johns River Water Management District (“District”) gives notice of its intention to surplus 0.444 acres of District real property commonly referred to as the Sunnyhill Restoration Area, located in Marion County, Florida (A portion of Marion County Parcel No.: 50773-003-00) for the construction of a turning lane along County Road 42 at SE 182nd Avenue, Marion County, Florida (the Property) to Marion County. The Property shall be conveyed by quitclaim deed.
