Pursuant to Section 373.093, Florida Statutes, the St. Johns River Water Management District (“District”) gives notice of its intention to lease approximately 60 acres of the Deep Creek Conservation Area, in St. Johns County, Florida to operate as a Hybrid Wetland/Chemical Treatment Technology Facility. The property is anticipated to be leased September 10, 2024 at approximately 11:00 am at District Headquarters, 4049 Reid Street, Palatka, FL, 32177.
NOTICE OF INTENT OF PARTIAL RELEASE OF PROPRIETARY CONSERVATION EASEMENT
Pursuant to Sections 373.056 and 373.089, F.S., the St. Johns River Water Management District (“District”) gives notice of its intention to release a total of 0.59 acres from a Proprietary Conservation Easement granted in favor of the District and recorded in Official Records Book 4903, Page 3610, of the Public Records of Volusia County, Florida, in connection with the Florida Department of Transportation’s expansion of State Road 40.

Pursuant to Sections 373.056 and 373.089, F.S., the St. Johns River Water Management District (“District”) gives notice of its intention to transfer 3,677.86 acres of District real property commonly referred to as the Lake Norris Conservation Area, located in Lake County, Florida (Property Appraiser Parcel #s: 1511160, 1511178, 1400091, 1596238, 1412854, 1707749, 1710669. 1710693, 2721952, 1707773, 1707722, 1707765, 1707838, 1223385, 1223377, 1223440, 3884127, 1098271, 1223407, 1223415, 1223423, 1083842, 2721952, 1312493, 2721952, 1596246, 1744989, 1596262, 2758155, and 18.09 acres of 30-18-28-0002-0000-3100.) (the Property) to Lake County, Florida. The Property shall be conveyed by quitclaim deed with a reverter clause and be subject to a conservation easement granted in favor of the District.
