| NOTICE OF INTENT TO TRANSFER Pursuant to Sections 373.056 and 373.089, F.S., the St. Johns River Water Management District (“District”) gives notice of its intention to transfer 0.613 acres of District real property (a portion of Brevard County Tax Parcel Number 28-36-03-00-16) to the City of West Melbourne, Brevard County, Florida. The District shall retain a less than fee interest in 0.211 acres of the 0.613 acres transferred.
