Public invited to virtual Central Recreational Public Meeting Dec. 16

PALATKA, Fla., Nov. 23, 2021 — A land management update is among the items to be discussed Dec. 16 during the St. Johns River Water Management District’s virtual Central Recreational Public Meeting. District staff will receive comments from the public during the meeting/webinar and comments may also be emailed to CentralRecreationComments@sjrwmd.com.

The central recreational area includes District properties in Lake, Orange and Seminole counties as well as portions of Marion, Volusia and Brevard counties. The public will have an opportunity at this meeting to provide input on recreational topics involving District lands.
