PALATKA, Fla., Dec. 2, 2020 — The St. Johns River Water Management District is holding a virtual public hearing on Dec. 16 to take public comment on its draft 10-year land management plan for the Julington-Durbin Preserve, located in Duval and St. Johns counties. Register in advance here.

The public hearing begins at 6 p.m., and comments may be made orally or in writing through the virtual platform, by mail to Land Resource Specialist Brent Bachelder, St. Johns River Water Management District, P.O. Box 1429, Palatka, FL 32178-1429, or by email to bbachelder@sjrwmd.com. Comments should be received by Dec. 16.
