District executive director Dr. Ann Shortelle is featured presenter for free June 4 webinar

District Executive Director Dr. Ann Shortelle will speak about the district’s water supply mission on June 4 as part of the district’s free educational webinar series.

PALATKA, Fla., June 1, 2020 —St. Johns River Water Management District Executive Director Dr. Ann Shortelle is the featured speaker on June 4 in the district’s free educational webinar series. She will speak on the topic of water supply, one of the district’s four core missions.

This is the sixth in a series of free, half-hour educational webinars that begin at 10:30 a.m. on Thursdays. Register on the district’s website, www.sjrwmd.com/education.

Dr. Shortelle will talk about the district’s water supply mission, “A Deeper Dive into the District’s Mission: Water Supply,” the first of four webinars in June focusing on the district’s core missions of water supply, water quality, natural systems and flood protection.
