PALATKA, Fla., Aug. 15, 2019 — The St. Johns River Water Management District will host a teleconference to discuss the selection of surface water model peer reviewers in support of the minimum flows and levels (MFLs) determination for Lake Apshawa South (Lake County) and Sylvan Lake (Seminole County). Both water bodies are within the Central Florida Water Initiative (CFWI) area.
